Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

Your signature;
Description of the removed material and its original location;
A statement under penalty of perjury that the takedown was a mistake;
Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We adhere strictly to DMCA guidelines and maintain records of notices regarding repeat infringers. Accounts found violating our policy will be terminated.
